Architectural Request Forms
Per the Declaration of Covenants and Bylaws all homeowners are to complete an Architectural Request Form for any exterior changes to your home and/or lot. These forms will be available per request via the Reach Me Tab. If in doubt ask if approval is required. Remember approval must be granted "Before" work can begin. If you have begun any approved architectural changes, you have a year for completion. If you have not communicated changes or requested an extension "approved" in writing, you will be subjected to possible fines. These fines will be enforced per the bylaws of the community. Forms can be downloaded.
Proxy Ballot
Use the form in the event of meeting absence and giving voting authority to another.
Towing Information
Take note and obey all No Parking signs! Do Not alter or adjust location of the signs. This will result in your auto being towed. We have tried to be "VERY" lenient. We understand parking is not optimal. However, access is important for collection and deliveries. Additionally, neighbors properties must be respected.They do not want their lawn parked on or driveways blocked. More-so, homeowners want access to their homes on the narrow roadway. Share these rules with your guests!!!
HOA Trash Policy
Please mark all bins (Trash & Recycle) with your home address. Example: 22556
Styrofoam is NOT recyclable. If bins are unclaimed beyond continual collection dates they will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly. We are a homeowners community not an apartment complex with maintenance workers. Please clean up after yourself at garbage collection sites. Property value is important and home appearance must be maintained according to the HOA bylaws.
Resale Packages
Must be requested and purchased through the board. All community owners are subject to the Bylaws and Declarations. No one is exempt! Its your responsibility to become familiar with the rules. Inquire through the "Contact Us" button.
