Tuesday & Friday between 9A and 1P there is a NO PARKING restriction to allow for county truck access. Do Not Reposition the Signs!! This will be enforced. You should be aware your auto will be towed at your expense. Private TOWING holds the contract. Please advise your guests!!

Snow plowing requires "RIGHT SIDE" entering CROSS IVY to be clear of vehicles. Please recognize all "NO PARKING" signs and allow the plow to do its job. Be considerate and use good judgement when parking. FYI: Many neighbors park down by the bridge on Athol Ave. This allows for easier access out of the neighborhood. The main roads generally get plowed first after snow storms.

Trash pickup is on Fridays and Recycle is on Tuesdays. Please collect your bins promptly after pickup to avoid being fined. Trash collection at the "T-Turnaround" on Ivy Spring Rd "you" are responsible for any spillage and uncollected items you set out. Please retrieve uncollected items and cleanup your mess accordingly. There is no apartment maintenance!
